fill in a PhD student position, with a joint funding between Université
Montpellier and the University Hospital.
The project will revolve around the vaginal microbiota, especially the
circular viruses and plasmids. Data will original from the PAPCLEAR
clinical study, which follows young women longitudinally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong bioinformatics background and
experience with analysing NGS data. Skills in basic molecular biology,
ecology & evolution, or biostatistics would be a plus.
